Several properties possess winemaking cellars, each with their own particularities but with one point in common: they all use modern equipment and techniques.
CHÂTEAU CAPITOUL : Extremely rigorous in the choice of blending and maturing of its wines, Château Capitoul is equipped with cement tanks, round wooden temperature controlled vats and the latest technology. Winemaking benefitting from all the most modern techniques guarantees good fruit characters in the wines before blending. A magnificent wine cellar for making great wines.
CHÂTEAU VAUGELAS :As well as lined cement vats, the cellar has two very original conical wooden vats of 80 hectolitres each, designed to facilitate cap punching. It has an ageing cellar of 400 barrels, one third of which are renewed each year.
DOMAINE CIBADIES : It houses the administrative and commercial structures for all the domains and chateaux belonging to the Bonfils family. It has a 25,000-hectolitre cellar, a modern bottling line, as well as storage premises adapted to modern market needs, also at the disposition of the nearby domains classed Indication Géographique Protégée.
