Appealing delicate pale pink with shimmering highlights. Great aromatic complexity on the nose driven by moreish notes of red berry fruits and citrus flowing into floral notes. The palate is brimming with fruity and spicy flavours with a mineral edge that gives it lots of character. Very pleasant fresh feel on the finish. Due to the diversity and unique features of the different areas, major zones have been defined by their weather patterns and soil types.
There is a huge variety of soil types but hard limestone in the garrigue and schist soils are the most widespread. There is also gravel washed down by Languedoc’s rivers.
